New York, NY - GVA Williams, the exclusive leasing agent for 424 Madison Avenue, announced the completion of two leases totaling 7,145 square feet at 424 Madison Avenue, a 16-story, 64,351-square-foot building owned by Kamm Ranch Co. Inc. and managed by Caran Properties, Inc.
Aquavit Holding Inc. the parent company of the renowned Restaurant Aquavit, leased 3,015 square feet for its offices on a portion of the 14th floor.
North Fork Bank, which currently occupies 6,417 square feet of retail space on the ground level, basement and mezzanine, expanded its presence in the building to include the entire 4,130-square-foot second floor for administrative and executive offices which raises the bank’s total premises to 10,547 square feet.
Thee leases comprise more than eleven percent of the gross building area and brings the building’s occupancy rate to 100%.
